New Family Registration

All children checking into Vintage Kids must be registered in our system. Make sure to select "add child" for all children in your household. Once you have completed the form, please proceed to the First Time Families desk to review all information is correct and to be checked into class by one of our team members.

***ATTENTION REQUIRED*** Select "Add Child" and complete information for each child checking into Vintage Kids. Child's grade level must be selected if they are enrolled in K-5th. There must be at least one adult added to the household as well.
